Conroe, TX — David Flores, 18, of Conroe, tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle accident late Sunday night, October 5, 2025, on State Highway 242 near Artavia.
Born in 2007, David was a bright young man with a kind heart, a strong spirit, and a promising future ahead of him. He was known for his infectious smile, loyalty to his friends and family, and a deep love for cars, music, and the outdoors. Whether he was helping a friend in need or making people laugh, David’s presence brought light to those around him.
Authorities say David was the sole occupant of the vehicle at the time of the crash. Emergency responders arrived quickly, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
David is survived by his parents, siblings, extended family, and a wide circle of friends and classmates who are heartbroken by the sudden loss.
