LANGLEY, Va. Suicide — Authorities are investigating after a Langley High School student tragically died on Monday, September 15, 2025, in what is being reported as an apparent suicide.
Officials confirmed that the student passed away on campus, though the individual’s identity has not yet been released pending notification of family. The Fairfax County Police Department and school officials are working together as the investigation remains ongoing.
In a statement, Langley High School expressed its condolences to the student’s family, friends, and the wider school community. Additional counseling and support services are being made available to students and staff coping with the loss.
