Westland, MI – August 31, 2025 — Authorities are investigating after a man and woman were found dead Saturday night at an apartment complex in Westland.
The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Warren Road and Central City Parkway. According to report, a man reportedly called 911 and stated he had shot his girlfriend.
When Westland police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered both individuals deceased inside the apartment. Their identities have not yet been released.
In a statement to MDN, Westland Police confirmed that the investigation remains active and ongoing. No further details were available as of Saturday night.
