Southend, August 23, 2025 — Authorities have launched an investigation following reports of a stabbing incident in Southend earlier today.
Emergency services were called to the scene where one individual was found with apparent stab wounds. The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was treated at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital. Their current condition remains unknown.
Essex Police have cordoned off the area and are conducting a thorough investigation. No arrests have been confirmed at this stage, but officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant information to come forward.
Residents in the area reported a large police presence and a temporary disruption to traffic as forensic teams arrived.
