VILLANOVA, Pa. — Authorities are responding to reports of a possible active shooter situation at Villanova University’s Law School Library late this evening.
According to initial reports, at least two possible gunshots were heard inside the library. Multiple police agencies, including units from Chester County, are currently on scene and additional law enforcement and EMS are en route.
Students and staff have been urged to avoid the area as law enforcement continues to secure the scene. At this time, there is no confirmation of injuries or an identified suspect.
Authorities are actively investigating, and further details are expected as the situation develops.
