FORT WORTH, Texas – August 13, 2025 — Authorities in Fort Worth are investigating a tragic incident after an individual was found deceased in a parking lot in what is being reported as an apparent suicide.
The incident occurred earlier today in a parking area within the city. Emergency responders arrived at the scene following reports of a person in distress. Upon arrival, the individual was found unresponsive, and despite life-saving efforts, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Initial reports indicate that the individual took their own life. Law enforcement has not released the person’s identity pending notification of next of kin.
The area was temporarily cordoned off as officers conducted their investigation. Officials are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
