It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Rea, who tragically lost his life on Monday, August 11, 2025, at the age of 53, following a car accident in Oldham County, Kentucky.
Brian was driving near the intersection of US 42 and Tirbracken Lane when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Despite the efforts of first responders, Brian was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
Known for his warm heart, sharp wit, and generous spirit, Brian touched the lives of many. He was a devoted friend, a loving family member, and a respected member of his community. Brian lived life with passion, integrity, and kindness, and those who knew him will forever remember his laughter and strength..
