Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Monday afternoon in the 4400 block of Maple Avenue.
Officers responded to the scene just after 2:30 p.m. following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found 44-year-old Augustin Espinosa unresponsive with a gunshot wound. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel arrived shortly after and pronounced him dead at the scene.
