It is with deep sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Grayson Meyers, age 17, who was fatally shot on Friday night, June 27, 2025, outside of Peaches Corner in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Grayson, a young life full of potential, was taken from this world far too soon, and his loss has left his family, friends, and community in profound grief.
According to Myrtle Beach Police, the incident occurred after a verbal altercation with an employee of the restaurant, a 17-year-old Conway teen, which escalated outside, where Grayson was tragically shot and killed on the crosswalk.
Grayson was known for his warmth, his smile, and his compassion for those around him. He had an undeniable spirit that brightened every room he entered, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him.
During this time of mourning, our deepest condolences go out to the Meyers family. Their grief is immeasurable, and our thoughts are with them as they navigate this difficult time.
