Markham, ON — May 13, 2025 – Authorities in York Region are investigating an alleged stabbing that occurred Monday evening in Markham, Ontario.
According to York Regional Police, officers were called to a residence on Fred Varley Drive, near Yonge Street and Sciberras Road, shortly after 6:20 p.m. following reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, they discovered a 31-year-old man suffering from serious injuries consistent with a stabbing. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
