It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Nicole Weintraub, a beloved 5th grade teacher at Ridgefield Public Schools, earlier this week.
Nicole was a treasured member of the Farmingville Elementary School (FES) community, known for her passion for teaching, her warmth, and her unwavering dedication to her students. Her impact on the lives of those she taught, mentored, and worked alongside was profound. Nicole’s classroom was a place of inspiration, learning, and joy—her legacy lives on in the countless young lives she helped shape.
The loss of Nicole is immeasurable. She was not only a gifted educator but also a cherished colleague and friend whose presence brought light and kindness to every corner of FES. Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of her students, fellow teachers, and the entire Ridgefield community.
