The collision, which occurred around 2 a.m., involved a red van and a white sedan, according to the California Highway Patrol. Andrew was a passenger in one of the vehicles and lost his life at the scene.
Born in 2005, Andrew was a bright, kind-hearted young man with a deep love for his family, friends, and community. He was known for his warm smile, infectious laugh, and the way he lit up every room he walked into.
