Seaford, DE — The Delaware State Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred Tuesday evening in Seaford as 32-year-old Rihem Frisby, a resident of the city.
Authorities were called to Clarence Street, between Thomas and Chandler Streets, just before 6 p.m. on April 8, after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Frisby suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
On Friday, April 11, police publicly confirmed the victim’s identity as Rihem Frisby.
According to investigators, the shooting involved an unknown number of suspects, and no arrests have been made at this time. The Delaware State Police say the investigation remains active and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
