He also advises Anthem’s Board of Directors on corporate governance best practices
and policies. Todt brings tremendous healthcare expertise together with broad legal, compliance and regulatory
experience, having most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Health Care Service
Corporation (HCSC).
Before joining HCSC, Blair held several senior management positions, including Senior Vice
President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary at WellCare Health Plans.
