Chicago Tree Lighting News; There is heavy police presence due to report of shots fired in Tuskegee. The shooting happened on Friday, November 22 during annual Christmas tree lighting, for downtown Chicago. Authorities urge everyone to avoid the area.
It wasn’t immediately clear if anyone was hurt in the incident. The investigation is still ongoing and a police presence will remain in the area until the investigation is complete.
The following streets were closed from 10 a.m.-11:59 p.m.: Washington St. from Wabash to Michigan Ave, Madison from Wabash to Michigan Ave, Michigan Ave. from Randolph to Monroe and Garland from Randolph to Monroe
