The 48-year-old man who was fatally stabbed in the Bronx on Monday has been identified as Nestor Padilla. The stabbing unfolded in front of a building near Marion Ave. and E 194th St. Officers were called to the area for report of an assault.
Responding officers found Padilla suffering from stab wounds to his chest in front. He was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. A vigil was being held on Marion Avenue for Padilla Nestor. The investigation is ongoing.
