The Little Rock Police Department identified the man found dead in a vehicle at the 2400 block of Pulaski Street as 50-year-old Javier Alvares-Garcia. Police Department were deployed to the scene after they were informed of a suspicious vehicle.
When officers arrived they found a man unresponsive from obvious gunshot injuries. An investigation into the tragic incident is currently underway.
