48-year-old Parween Adel has been identified as the woman who died following a fatal assault in Oshawa at her home early Sunday morning. According to officers, Parween was found with apparent signs of trauma.
Officers were informed of the tragic incident which unfolded a home on Eulalie Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Officers located Parween suffering visible injuries. She was taken to the hospital where she later passed away.
Her husband, 41-year-old Hakim Adel, has been charged with second-degree murder.
