17-year-old Gerald Lomax, student-athlete at Jackson-Olin High School unexpectedly passed away. Gerald died in a Tuesday night’s shooting, November 12, in Woodlawn. The shooting took place at Woodlawn High School at 54th Street and 2nd Avenue North Tuesday.
Jackson-Olin Coach Joe Webb believes this incident was a case of mistaken identity.
