Joseph Evans, Jr. has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting Monday night in a double shooting. Evans, Jr. Police Department responded to reports of an unresponsive spotted male between two buildings at Dauphin Gate Apartments.
Responding officers found Evans and learned another gunshot victim was taken to a nearby hospital. The second victim was listed in a stable condition.
